I am very surprised the PPS gap hasn't narrowed between Tilray and Aphria. The gap isn't even close to the transaction formula.

I can only believe it has not happened because there is a level of doubt that the merger will go through.

In the beginning I was very unhappy they struck the deal.

I've come around especially since Tilray made terrific cost reduction progress, became EBITDA profitable for the first time, and made some EU inroads I believe Aphria can capitalize on.

Now I am looking forward to the deal happening sooner rather than later.
