um, i am talking about the market manipulation and corruption of market makers and brokers (compliant with the corruption, ftd, nss). It matters not where the company is on their filings, etc. If the company is allowed to trade on the public markets, then they MUST be treated fairly by the market makers. Fair and equitable.
The corruption is in the system, including dtcc.
