Question about "alerted 0.0001" stocks that trader puts up

Is that from his stock scanner or is that from his weekly picks, buy/hold sell posts, next bottom play posts?

Cos his stock scanner spits out a bunch of stocks but he only picks a few from his scanner so I was just curious when he says something like "TSNP 1.42 alerted 0.0001" is that from his scanner posts or his actual pick.
