I have read that DOGE price is hovering and when it goes up, it will go up hard. After a research. The price hovering is actually a test done by Artificial Intelligence (AI) BOTS. By hovering the price they test against certain price range.

When enough test becomes successful, then there come the time to move the price up.

Generally price goes up with some news or trending MEME of DOGE. The AI BOTS again hover the price in new range. The process continues.

If true, then when it moves it will move fast.
