What has transpired is exactly what I told Josh after the call. The never ending retirement of 1.2b is dragging the stock price down & down. It’s absolutely ridiculous they can’t get the TA to complete this and for the filing to not get done. This incompetence scares away would-be investors. Frankly I don’t blame them. Crazy ridiculous.
