I don't mean to rub salt in the wounds, but you gave $8,000 to a disbarred lawyer who had no experience in running hotels.

It was completely predictable that Joel would remain a dishonest scammer, and would be incapable of running a profitable hotel.

Is anyone looking at this thread? I lost my ars on this one. As you know MJMJ was delisted. About $8000.00 down the crapper for me. Well, look at these post. It reads like or suggest that the Bud and Breakfast company closed shop. NOT TRUE!!!! These assholes are alive and well in Colorado and there are recent reviews (3 months ago) about people's recent stay at the hotel.


Can't we as a group (the shareholders that lost everything) construct a class action lawsuit against this bunch? Their making money and we got screwed. Somebody please chime in......CAN WE DO ANYTHING?
