SGMD is no longer an investor in Budcars, I confirmed this by calling Budcars and they said that SGMD is no longer an investor, also they are CE, anyone know why? I tried calling the phone number for SGMD and it doesn't work. I would tread carefully. However, I am interested in the concept of this company and will be following to see if we can get some clarification on the concerns I mentioned.

I sent an email out to the email provided, and am awaiting a response. I will update if/when I get a response.
