This hasn't been a real company for a very very long time.

It was/is a stock deal with a bit of a company attached.

Eventually people get tired/bored with the stories and it dies a horrible death in the market.

As a company PRED might do something one day, but the stock has been worthless for years.

If you look back over time it was an insider enrichment machine and the most tangible product they had was press releases.

Much like a lottery they were selling dreams and people lapped it up for a time.

I enjoyed shorting this thing and it is always fun when you are right.
