Hey Nick, the work that we did to draw hundreds of people to file SEC complaints will work. It's just going to take a little more time because of GameStop and AMC. It doesn't mean that they stopped their progress in the investigation, it just means that they lost some personnel who they originally had assigned to our case.

Please allow two more months to pass before filing a lawsuit against them.

Some people do not have hope in the SEC, and only badmouth them. This is because there are many cases that never get their attention. So since they could not organize an army of people to file complaints, they believe that the SEC is corrupt and does not do their job. When in fact, the SEC has certain procedures that they must follow. In order for the ball to even begin to roll with them, the first requirement is that we must cause their alarm bells to trigger. This, I believe, we have done very well.

The rest will follow in place as they complete each one of the procedures in their respective orders.

Don't give up hope. We need to let them do what they do best. We did not waste years of our time for no reason.

There is nothing worse than filing a premature lawsuit guaranteeing 30% of our recovery to lawyers when we can get someone who is highly experienced in this area to do it for us for free.
