He'll claim they aren't "new" shares he's dumping. Undoubtedly, he has had control of them for a while. He was waiting until he figured it was long enough that he could put in a run-up to find new bag-holders that would believe that it is a "new' beginning and that you can now trust these people. Fact is, if they didn't need funding from selling shares, they wouldn't be pushing on the stock boards. I would believe that it was him, alone, except that Donnell has, evidently, been helping with the "news" of "news" on the way.

She probably needs to get him to finance some more, but he won't want to be too heavily invested in one company's stock, so needs to unload some millions before he gets more options.
