Kips Bay. I think it’s related to the Leviston Resources LLC
J. Miller signed their Form 13G on July 10, 2020 when they owned 16.6 million shares 5.2% of the outstanding. Now it’s John Miller signing for Kips Bay owning 21 million shares
I think it’s more than a coincidence
They must have picked up 5 million shares in the last 6 months
