I don't really follow it. It was just a play. I got out in September or October. Been a long time ago. I DO know the SEC took a default judgment against the company. They didn't take one personally against Rufie, although I have no idea whey they didn't since he never answered the lawsuit either.

Actually, I got in at .15 and alerted the play on the OTCBB Alerts board at .15. It topped out at $4.00. Like I said, I was afraid the SEC was gonna shut'em down so I bailed out when the red flags were slapping me all over the face.

I'm glad I don't see that in this play.

Love your penguins, and is Rufus in jail or the Bahamas? I do remember the stock going from .30 to ? $1.80ish?? not bad, but he was and is full of it, does he still have the 500,000,000 buck credit line? What is the name of the new company? I want to find out what happened to the crook.
