Cash flow as I see it:

$11.5M from Jan raise, plus the $2 warrants, a bit more from those blood suckers from Bloom too exercising their broker warrants.

$10Mish has come in YTD from warrant execution

$20M Feb raise, plus $3 warrant money

$2.92 warrant money has been and will be in the money again shortly.

Lots of $4 warrants out there

$21M coming in from MDT within the next 6 months, $10M within 30-60 days is my guess...

No idea exact current cash on hand now either, or where we were 12/31/20, but will know Monday.

So... That is WELL north of $60M needed through Q4 2022, plus a cushion for additional BS costs that will no doubt occur. NO MORE unaccounted for dilution needed. LFG!!!
