You can find it at patentsonline.com FPO driving IP forward “Method of synchronizing lazer-links between aircraft. If you look at the patents listed before and after it (published and assigned on the same date) they are patents for refining different parts of the airborne mesh system. One is by Google that uses pixels in the lazer beam and the other addresses the issue of data that (like voice) that cannot be stored or halted (like the proposed storage of other data for a millisecond) while the aircraft waits to enters the mesh or data flow is disrupted from turbulence ect. It’s quite remarkable and it looks like everyone (even Google who has a patent for an airborne network using balloons) is conceding that our network is the one. Other proposed satellite constellation networks (some already underway) have inherent risks that cant be overcome as a proposed solution to the global need. ABWN’s network can mitigate these issues in an instant because it makes use of ground air and space stations and data flow is never bottle necked or compromised allowing for security. The other proposed networks will still have a market for private or corporate network needs and can be integrated into the overall mesh network making it even more redundant.
