Folks hold your hats and your shares Yes the patent expired in 2018 as all do eventually. By this time however we are neck deep in the process and our method is the platform. So to put everyone’s mind at ease Mario’s DeMos (knowing that the patent was expiring) filed for a new patent on 7/25/17 to lock anyone else out from using our method of a mesh network (which is being quickly being adopted by the military first who has the deepest pockets of all and then the commercial segment) it actually is a better patent than the previous citing updated technologies like laser communication and goes into the specifics of using mid band radio frequencies to lock and relock the laser connection during turbulence, coatings that block lazer light on airline windows ect and it covers the logistics of base fiber optic stations and satcom ect. It went through a priority consideration process and was published and assigned to Marius DeMos Airborne Wireless Network Simi Valley Ca on 1/31/19 HERE IT IS !! US patent 20190036603
You can find it at patentsonline.com FPO driving IP forward “Method of synchronizing lazer-links between aircraft. If you look at the patents listed before and after it (published and assigned on the same date) they are patents for refining different parts of the airborne mesh system. One is by Google that uses pixels in the lazer beam and the other addresses the issue of data that (like voice) that cannot be stored or halted (like the proposed storage of other data for a millisecond) while the aircraft waits to enters the mesh or data flow is disrupted from turbulence ect. It’s quite remarkable and it looks like everyone (even Google who has a patent for an airborne network using balloons) is conceding that our network is the one. Other proposed satellite constellation networks (some already underway) have inherent risks that cant be overcome as a proposed solution to the global need. ABWN’s network can mitigate these issues in an instant because it makes use of ground air and space stations and data flow is never bottle necked or compromised allowing for security. The other proposed networks will still have a market for private or corporate network needs and can be integrated into the overall mesh network making it even more redundant.
