Am I clear about the bottom line? That Elite shareholders would NOT have the same value based on a p/s? It is about a third party valuation and there is always a premium paid and in pharma that premium is higher than in other industries. That is precisely why we want Nasrat and Elite to take their time...right now the Elite "cake" is only half-baked!

Where did this TOTAL BS come from?

By definition then, an acquiree always has a price per share LOWER than the valuation study concludes? How else can there always be a premium paid to the P/S then???
