At least heavy Bid-Ask-Walls have both picked-up-a-tick+ but these phockers have manipulated it back down as low as they dare, plus retail bid-sitters for cheapies then complain when PPS is low. Some panic-sell based on what they read, feeding the cycle.

Some bought or got shares @.0001 way back and made 50-100X 2 days ago, now wanna do it again as close as possible -
As buyers wanna flip PPS will keep going back up.

Most fast risers have had major pullbacks last couple days, lotsa RED, we will go back up for a nice bounce but everyone's still trying to load and follow the flow. Bids have moved up yet another tick pretty quickly.

A couple hours into trading day it's finally finding its MOMO and should start moving up faster based on typical trajectories.
