Yeah it is very important, most of these stock on OTC has no revenue and selling to a concept, but this one has revenue and contracts in place and there market value of shares should reflect its revenue...

It has 1.3 billion users who can access there wifi on one of the most business railway in China.

This is very very cheap, and in my opinion this should hit dollars...
