Automatic recanting clause? lmao. I wonder if such a shrewd legal maneuver is also automatically retroactive and would also apply to something like an allegation that erhc management executed a master plan to use toxic debt to lower the share price and allow Offor to accumulate all the erhe shares at a price near zero. Sounds like price manipulation, conspiracy, abuse of fiduciary responsibility all rolled into one. And now there is a resolved, consummated and concluded deal for a buyout but both Total and erhc have gotten together (sounds like conspired maybe?) and decided not to release that info to the public. wow.

Does the automatic recanting implied retroactivity clause also apply to allegations made against Total or is it just a new erhe paradigm legal strategy?
