Intel done as a company as they only worry about share buybacks and not reinvesting in new chip technology. Taiwan Semiconductor going to spend $12 billion right at Intel headquarters. Intel wants taxpayer help to build a plant but can issue all these share buybacks. How about each taxpayer gets a share of Intel stock or better yet get Elon Musk to take over Intel.
