ACCR PCAOB/AUDITOR UPDATE

AT CURRENT LEVELS, THE MARKET IS UNDERVALUING ACCR...WE MUST RAISE GUIDANCE AGAIN TODAY.

My PCAOB/AUDITOR told me yesterday NIGHT, "Patrick, I'd be happy to help! Let me call you ((today)) tomorrow and give you my QUOTE."

STEVE TOLD ME..."and if the guy you are talking says NO today or is too costly...I have a bunch of guys that will do it cheaper!."



DO NOT INTERFERE WITH MY PLANS TO GO PINK CURRENT INFO, and CHOP DOWN THAT BLOODIED RED STOP SIGN.

I've got the drive, and I have the non-stop instinct to be a WARRIOR! Just look at another Statement of Financials from ACCR.
We worked so hard over the last months, and weeks, and days.



I spoke with the SEC yesterday, for about 15 minutes...with my Section 11 Attorney Legal Chief...and we understand each other. ACCR is a investor protection stock today. We care and WELCOME Shareholders. WHY?

BECAUSE...I will do things the right way with American Capitalism. I WILL...I tried to warn the market last week with raising GUIDANCE.

Steve Mills is a rockstar. I know Mr. "ROBERT" has a huge Chinese Marijuana/Hemp processing deal for US...ACCR SHAREHOLDERS." Oh, and the $50,000 cash option gets paid into the ACCR Checking account to help cover fees and costs with the PCAOB and OTC Markets to get PINK CURRENT INFO. It does not get paid to PATRICK directly, NO!!! It will go into the ACCR Checking account...I was very clear with everyone about this, including Steve.



At current levels, the Company is worth about $14,100,000.00 - way undervalued from levels we spoke on the phone...RAISE GUIDANCE TODAY...I must do this the RIGHT WAY!

I will probably have another call with Mr. "ROBERT" to solidify our DEAL!

The market TODAY is way undervaluing ACCR, even at these levels...so again...at current levels...I MUST RAISE GUIDANCE!!!

ACCR IS RAISING GUIDANCE

I have so much work to do today...to bring this MAGICAL SHELL a PCAOB audit ready SHELL, and to make our Common Shares VALUABLE! I won't sign any bad deal...listen to PATRICK. I will add our new CPA/PCAOB if we all agree...later on today to our OTCIQ account, and my Shareholders and Market Makers will be able to see WHO it is.
