Help me out here. So this is first I noticed the bid .0055. I also notice a forever ask of.04 but I see ocassional sales in .2 to .4. So my question is shouldn't ask and or bid be in range of trades? What is .0055? Also wonder about any buy/sell but what the heck is this .0055bid and .04 permanent ask/bids?
