AND TRADE CLEARANCE

(the “Company”) today announced its submission of Form 211 to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has been cleared and the Company’s shares now qualify for trading under the symbol “FRTT”. The Company expects to begin trading on the OTCQB Market within days. Fortitude Gold is a gold producer, developer, and explorer with operations in Nevada, U.S.A.
