Triad Innovations Inc. announces agreements; New CEO
BATTLE CREEK, Mich., January 23, 2002 / -- Triad Innovations Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: TINN - news) announced today, the signing of non-disclosure/confidentiality agreements with two Fortune 500 companies. Concurrently, Triad Innovations announced the appointment of a new Chief Executive Officer, Hubert Shenkin.

Shenkin brings to Triad many years of experience as a business law attorney and engineer for various government and industrial precision products in the aerospace and ground support industries. Throughout his career, he has served a variety of roles including CEO, President, Vice President, Chief Engineer, Manufacturing and Value Engineering Manager, and Quality Control Manager. Shenkin earned a B.S. degree in Physics and an M.B.A. in Management at City University of New York and holds a J.D. degree in Law from Nova Southern University.

Chairman of the Board Tom Roller stated, "We are extremely pleased to bring someone with Mr. Shenkin's diversity of education, knowledge and experience to Triad. His technical background and history working with companies both domestically and internationally will be critical in helping us build partnerships to commercialize Triad's patented separation technologies.” Roller added, “His experience in business and patent law, will ensure a rock-solid legal foundation for Triad."

Shenkin noted, "I’m excited about joining Triad Innovations as I believe this technology marks a key shift in industrial standards.” According to Shenkin, Triad's Air Separation System can separate sub-micron particles and spores from air within microclimates like buildings and commercial aircraft and can accommodate a variety of industrial needs. “The energy savings associated with this technology can already be enjoyed by ethanol production and desalination industries while we continue to charter new territory in air purification.”

Chris Micklatcher, Secretary & Treasurer stated, “I am exceedingly pleased with the management staff Tom Roller has recruited, including Mr. Shenkin. As our new Chairman of the Board, Tom has also successfully leveraged his strategic partnership building expertise bring us into discussions with several New York Stock Exchange companies; two of which have entered into confidentiality agreements. The intent of these agreements is to be able to share proprietary information in order to evaluate the technologies and map out a strategy to commercialize Triad's separation technologies.
