read the backend filing for more detail but what stands out during 6 months (march-sept) of the pandemic baked in, acgx was able to pay down $680k on their line of credit ... that is quite impressive - they utilized gov ppp and sbe perfectly to weather the storm.. we shall see soon if they were able to increase sales organically in Q4 and Q1-21. thx for sharing... cleaning up everything on the books, limiting dilution and all common registered with DTC...
