The 'buyback' was in an 8K a couple years ago, but went no further.
I got to thinking and am pretty convinced that I know what is actually jacking NSAV up. First, there has been nothing material to drive this spike, so I got to wondering what could cause it.
Stock is about supply and demand, as we all know. So, what could dry up the supply leading to share price increases?
Then, as has been reported, NSAV gave that equity company 30,000,000 shares of restricted stock to make them a 'partner' at least in terms of those 30,000,000 shares that both companies hold. JT ALSO stated that they were buying shares on the open market. Those two thing lead me to this conclusion:
TG Private Equity is buying up all the available NSAV shares. This started in trips, so they got a boatful of those. I don't think they'll sell any of them on the open market, that would tank it.
Now, about that 'buyback'...what if NSAV's plan is to 'buy' those shares from TG equity and retire them? TG would make out like a bandit, and JT would have a single source supply of 'open market' common shares to buy back.
I could be completely wrong about this, but it fits what is happening. There is 'some' mysterious force causing the price spike. This, or something close to it, could be the reason.
