some naive folks even yesterday said: "watch the price tomorrow - in a sense that it will go up " .. well , for the price going up MUST BE A REASON .... what is general picture of Canopy today ? very , very bleak ... everything indicates that the price will go down very fast ... because :
- not even one quarter with positive earning after so many years on the market
- each quarter the loss is steady $900M !
- Canopy is selling weed below production cost IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN REVENUE AT LEAST ..
- Canopy management said : NO PROFIT FOR THE NEXT 2 YEARS!
- cash is being burnt in a light speed and soon nothing will be left
- USA legalization is as far as you can imagine ..
- the last earning was very , very bad ( loss of $900M )
- Canopy production system is not efficient at all and it is nearly impossible to fix it ...
the question is : what should we do next? I think that the best way is to sell as soon as possible and buy back after distant ( 2 years ? ) future ..
