SHAREHOLDERS UPDATES:
I just spoke with Nancy R. from OTC Markets compliance. BDGR had everything approved, they just had our management re submit Mr. Duchamp (our Chairman) background check authorization, so that was done yesterday. So, we are getting the final DocuSign Invoice from OTCIQ, which I will cover right away, and that should give us the codes by say Friday. I will have all financials and Disclosure documents uploaded then, so lets hope for Yield to go up on Tuesday, and possibly full OTCPK "current Status" by next Friday. As always, I try to guestimate the best that I can with the information and feedback that I have available, so I hope that this helps with our shareholders understanding that we are getting all the filings up to date ASAP...
