Definitely it s simple Math the OS is 866 Million with an AS of 1 Billion assuming that all the AS becomes OS at 0.1 you you will have a market cap of just USD 100 Million if they return the 324 Million share at 0.1 the market cap will be just 67.6 Million....look in the OTC and you will find so many stock with higher market caps with even no revenues ...immagine with a nice merger candidate like Pharmastrong
