I agree for the most part. The fluff I think is just to prevent the price from dropping before the big news. I’m 100% sure the funding is already secured and Soundstr is functional, so the only delay I can imagine is due to the timing of the news. Since RockHouse opening is Mar 15 I think they might want to concentrate their momentum on March to get the news flowing one after another.
