I am still waiting for your explanation as to how you deemed this public company "clean" when we all can read the news and disclosures submitted and see ZERO reference to removal of the DGF debt that exists on OWCP's books, in a public litigation website, and NOT on the books of its subsidiary company One World Cannabis.

The filings put forth in the Haifa court takes all this into consideration and so if the court agrees with OW's reorg plan then it moves forward.
This order would then be applied to the US entity which as it sits right now is CLEAN.
