Normally don't post but since i've bought QBAN and just found this page and asking.
And this is mostly for slingwing as he is the only one making statements as if he has intimate knowledge of the company.

Here goes:
If, the old officers in the company had not resigned then Nevada State wouldn't show willie as the president of the company.
But he is the president and all on this board, including Slingwing understand that to be the case, so why is the form invalid? wouldnt the state corporate registrar have asked the company to correct the problem? seems to me that the problem is not a problem?

In looking through the filings available at the Nevada State department's silverflume website, the address is correctly filled out and a cursory look at the address on google earth shows that the address is a real place of business. So, why is the post office shown? Post offices are valid for mailing addresses, so I don't understand why this is a bad thing? Slingwing, please explain.

that google earth picture on the board is of a land earth station duly registered by advanced satellite systems for which the subsidiary will receive over $100,000 due to the government auction. Is that a bad thing for stock price appreciation. If anything I would think that proves that this company is not a scam as you state, Slingwing???

Please explain
