Tracy emailed they have the assays back and

before releasing them they need to ensure full compliance with the new SEC S-K 1300 that became mandatory on Jan 1.

So, per the Feb 3 release, they did receive them within the 2 week period they anticipated. The next step is releasing them to the public.
