SRNE doesn't do earnings in the same way many other firms do: there is no press release containing the financial highpoints of the quarter/year or clinical updates; there is no earnings conference call with the public and equity analysts; the only thing Ji does (because he has to) is post a 10Q or 10K at sec.com. It's up to shareholders to read the document and figure out what's important, what's new, etc. For me, that process is incredibly dismissive of shareholders - especially retail shareholders.

I expect the 10K to be filed around 3-3-21 which is the same date as in 2020. We'll get the o/s shares as of 12-31-20 and the o/s as of the date of the filing (from first page of the 10K) so we'll have the facts about dilution.

One thing I will note is that company is likely in a quiet period and so may have to hold announcements if there is gray to their materiality.

Lastly, I do think Ji has it in for the shorts and will try to hurt them if he can.
