Sounds like a preemptive excuse for an oft-predicted short squeeze that never happens. No surprises though, just look at the pathetic volume. Looks like any prospective buyers are on hold, awaiting an answer to the obvious question:

Since covid vaccine rollout underway, oil above $60, no Force Majeure, and "Kosmos/Total/ERHC have already come to a resolution and conclusion" regarding a deal according to erhe's largest shareholder, why has nothing been announced about this alleged deal? Not by Kosmos, not by erhc, not by the EEZ and not by Total, not by anyone except of course erhe's largest shareholder. Why not?
