The real issue, is must it stay there or above to reduce out the related shares? That is the HUGE question, and with that we see next step. Again - RM is coming, will RS happen just prior - yes is probably the correct answer. All of these lead to one very important question, that apparently NO ONE is looking at - HOW many people own 1 share or more????? This will effect not only Reverse Merger, but will have impact on VISA buyout as well.
