When the judge kept ruling in favor of the defendants in key points, that gave me concern. When SECI put out a statement about the settlement that included the wording "We had to face some hard realities" I knew the settlement was not going to be good. Some here attacked me as being stupid when I posted my concerns and selling my shares. Apologies are now being accepted.

Just this week another company that has been hot with the stock climbing and getting all kinds of positive press had an earnings report coming out this week. Over this past weekend the company set it up so shareholders could ask questions to be answered during the earnings call. I took this as they were trying to head off a bad reaction to a bad financial report that was coming. So I sold my stock. I was right. They had a very bad financial report and the stock plummetted. You have to read between the lines boys.
