Perhaps you missed the point? Material events, legal, financial, and operational are reported by the company, not thru a duplicate social media account created and operated by someone not announced by the company as Investor Relations.

The CEO has reported nothing to shareholders since the December 8-K announcing insolvency by a subsidiary company. He communicated nothing about the DGF debt held by the U.S. parent company we invest in.

Has anyone ever seen a pop-up IR team not announced by the company?
