HCMC: The company retiring all those shares 40% of the float will be huge on the open. My thinking here is that we will getting very close to that full penny.

That will depend on how traders view the importance of the move (HCMC) displayed over night, i expect shorts will come out covering heavy and the premarket will be up big.

Penny will be on deck i believe from this stock reduction hang on its going to get bummpy!!!!
