Oleg Firer, as an independent director of Progressive Care and the CEO of Net Element, has spent a lot of time building businesses and relationships in healthcare field.

He started StarTelemed, a Telehealth company, in 2016, way before Armen started pursuing this path. He then joined Progressive's board in 2017. StarTelemed's principle address was same as Net Element's Headquarters, just a few blocks away from Progressive's Headquarters at that time.

The managing director of the company was Dr. George Mitchell. He has over 30 years experience in healthcare and is the Chief Medical Officer of Grenada's Ministry of Health. In Nov. 2019, Business Russia hosted a meeting with Dr. Mitchell. The event was attended by the Ambassador of Grenada to Russia Mr. Oleg Firer, Director for Health Economics of the R-Pharm Group of Companies Alexander Bykov and Director of the International Cooperation Department Anton Slinchenko. During the meeting, the parties discussed the prospects for joint cooperation between Russia and Grenada in the field of providing the Caribbean market with medicines, unleashing the potential of this region for Russian pharmaceutical manufacturers.

WINDREF’s Director, Dr. Calum Macpherson and Deputy Director, Dr. Trevor Noel, attended The 72nd World Health Assembly from 20th May to 28th May 2019 as members of the Grenada delegation. The delegation was headed by Honorable Nickolas Steele, MP, Minister of Health, Social Security and International Business, and included Dr. George Mitchell (Chief Medical Officer), Dr. Thom Tyson (CEO, Grenada Health System), Dr. Lutz Amechi (Medical Director, St. Augustine Medical Services), His Excellency Oleg Firer (Ambassador for Grenada to the Russian Federation) and Mr. Stephen Fevrier (Charge D’ Affairs, OECS Mission in Geneva).

At the meeting, Grenada, Guyana, and Argentina were elected as Executive Board Members of the WHA.

My point is if Oleg Firer could become Progressive Care's new CEO, his vast international relationships with all these high profile people and influences in the healthcare field will be able to bring the company to the world stage. Let alone Oleg himself has super deep connections with the investment community, such as star capital fund and all those Nasdaq investors etc. His Net Element group can provide all the IT technology Armen can wish for, especially blockchain applications for healthcare.

Oleg has to be the One.
