Read through entire article... but one quote below:

Starting research on this issue would indicate a step toward that commitment.

Bullish I remain. But one must ask, and we should discuss... why not approve MRTP now? Does the FDA want to get more product out along the continuum of risk? (i.e. via new PMTA guidelines, etc.) This has always been my internal argument for the prolonged wait... thoughts?
