Well I’ve dug through the SEC today looking everything I could think of.. ECGI plans to reorganize as Elite cannabis group. No paperwork on that yet.. read the entire 253g2.. I’m starting to wonder what his plan is for sure. Could we see this all combine into one company? Who knows. Budcars as far as I can tell is still in the picture.. I do see why everyone worries. It’s a penny stock. I don’t understand why so many risk so much on a penny stock.. you’re creating your own stress. But I get the worry. It’s Jimmy lol. Been with sgmd for a couple years now.. his crap isn’t new to me.. most of his ventures are a 5 buck website.. always been that way. But it’s a penny stock and I’m still holding. Been this long why the hell not. See how it plays out.. watched this board and it’s drama all those years to.. some of you all need a financial advisor. I own this stock with beer money cause it’s a fricken penny stock. Put 500-2000 into them tops and forget it. The amounts you all put into this makes me cringe.. just sayin.. you could have played VXX and been miles out front by now lol.. get to know it.. it’s like clockwork year in year out you’re welcome. Buy it when the market is doing best right before you know it’s gonna crash. but don’t be wrong.. and do be careful.. TVIX used to be the same. TVIX is delisted.. so be careful.. It’s delisting date was a busy day, both in 2020 and 1865 in more ways than one but this isn’t the place..

Nug avenue and ECGI holdings have the same address.. the location is close to the highway I’ll give them that.. couple of blocks.. makes future paperwork easier or something lol
