What do you know about Loch's liabilities? Exactly what known liabilities did they have? What unknown did they have. You see, ALL unknown will never come to be. Imo, do you think for one minute that Boone and Baker are off any hooks? That is just one more reason as to why you nor I would have wanted to take over this company. Glad you brought up, staighten the books, just another hugh reason why you, nor I wanted to try and dig this company out. At one time, I wrote a couple of letters to the SEC, suggesting that maybe the books could be straightened out, before I and other plaintiffs delt with the facts at hand. It is easy to see why you say what you say, but if you had to deal with the real facts of our case, I remain convinced, you would have done exactly what has happened.
Worst case scenario Imo, was not trying to get the blessing of the court, or file a reorganization, we could have lost everything. Once again, you don't have the real facts of what we had to work with, so I cannot expect you to understand why your plan would not have worked.

We did not turn our backs on the shareholders Imo. Must you be reminded that 480,000,000 shares agreed with the SA and few thousand shares did not. Imo, it was your agenda that went against the shareholders, not ours.
When you and your Lawyer(s) start your process of going after the boys, just remember what was shared with you concerning facts that you were not privy to. Get your case started, the sooner you go after the boys, the sooner you get educated.
