I took a screenshot of the OTC markets page where it lists the share structure back when 1/04/2021 was reporting and the OS was 346 million.
We know from recent filings 60 million shares were acquired by insiders at earliest date of 1/06/2021.
I had taken another screenshot when OTC markets updated the OS again and it was on 2/03/2021. The OS is shown as 386 million.
So makes you wonder where the 20 million difference is but also appears that the increase may could be due to the insiders acquiring at a much lower price which would help the no or limited dilution case.

However just wanted to give some of the info I have monitored
