The annual/special meeting agenda should be posted a few days (clarification below) after March 1 according to the previous notice filed - so we can see if there is anything special coming up other than the standard annual hooplah. March 1 is the date of record for voting shareholders and beneficiary ownership. But the agenda in year's past has typically come out a few days after that date of record.

The actual meeting is scheduled for April 5.

Correction: the agenda in year's past was posted anywhere from 9-15 days after the date of shareholder record. So we might not see that agenda until March 10-15 or so.
