I think the odds are very much in favor of them receiving EUA based on the EUA history with Remdesivir.

Everyone knows that Remdesivir should not have gotten an EUA so it is not a good standard to judge another drug. The FDA's decision was made last April when they were desperate for a treatment drug. But at least Remdesivir's results were based on the entire 1,062 patients in their trial. RLF-100 only had positive effect on a small portion of its 195 patients.
