ADHC announced today that management has interviewed. securities litigation counsel seeking advice on initiating legal proceedings for the return of 324 million shares issued by interim management for an acquisition that was never completed.“Rescinding these shares is a positive step in going forward with ADHC’s 2021 plan. We feel it is management’s duty to the shareholders to engage counsel and seek return of these shares which represent almost 40% of the outstanding shares of the Company” stated ADHC management.

Additionally, due diligence is progressing on the recently announced proposed Pharmstrong acquisition. Documents have been exchanged and further positive developments will be forthcoming in anticipation of the closing of this transaction. Pharmstrong’s extensive social media presence is projected to expand extensively and will complement ADHC’s investor relations strategy ADHC Management will keep shareholders apprised of the acquisition progress as events warrant.
