so, to answer your question?? no, a RS would not be necessary. the share structure looks fine at a 500MM A/S

That said, i believe that the next piece of information that we need would revolved around IncaBlock. also, i want to know who currently retains ownership of the Pozzolan mine land permits. this mine yields a loose commodity called Perlite.

perlite comes in, mainly, two forms. a rough form for concrete (IncaBlock) and a very fine powder. the latter of which is seeing an exponential growth in demand due to the USA medical marijuana industry.

i think at this point, we sit tight and assume SWNM to be the shell/SPAC to take glohab public.

still many unknowns here, so. idk yet. i actually havent even done much DD and i ought to now
