-GRPS & RSHN sold New Earth to STNT and RSHN received 250,000 shares.
-RSHN had 3 grant proposals that were related to Great Rate Freight. The rest of the grant proposals were related to GRPS primarily. Grants are unlikely at this point, especially for the benefit of RSHN.
-Product Placement Unlimited was engaged jointly by RSHN and GRPS to place products.
If a logistics operation is pursued, it will be under a different name than GRF due to a falling out with the owner CB (as stated in the Q&A videos)
