I have been saying this for days!! I just watch 1, 5, 10, and numbers below 100 being sold both ways to get the pps to change either way. Fricking ridiculous!! I honestly think that the price per trade should go anywhere btwn 5 to 10 dollars per trade. That should stop the bs. Saw a article that the SEC is paying much more attention to the pennystocks, but I think they aren't looking hard enough.
