No one is 'buying billions' of ECOS shares as an 'investment' IMO?

Billions are being wash traded (bought and sold using 'negotiated' trades only) along with some retail (also 'negotiated' trades only) on the new OTCmarket's LINK.

Do some basic DD....please!
